What does the eye menu do?
The eye menu controls the active Organization, Department, and Viewing User. These settings decide which tasks and project data you are viewing.

What does the hamburger menu do?
The hamburger menu opens management pages for Projects, Departments, and Types when your account has access.
What does the gear menu do?
The gear menu contains account information, Light/Dark theme, Refresh, and Logout.
What does the bullseye do?
The bullseye toggles Focus mode. Focus mode reduces visible task views to the next few priority tasks where supported.
What does the plus button do?
The plus button opens the New Task editor from task views including Tasks, Kanban, Calendar, and Gantt.
Why do tasks change when I switch Organization or Department?
Task lists are filtered by the selected context. If tasks disappear, check the eye menu or the Gantt context row and confirm you are viewing the expected Organization, Department, and User.
